Code Ann. § 20-15-1107","heading":"Immunity","body":"Any person or entity who reports in good faith and without malice or who in good faith and without malice fails to report the information required by this subchapter shall have immunity from any liability, civil or criminal, that might be incurred or imposed in any action resulting from such a report.
