Code Ann. § 20-27-201","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter:\n\n(1) \"Bedding\" means any mattress, upholstered spring, comforter, pad, cushion, or pillow designed and made for use in sleeping;\n\n(2) \"Felt\" means that the materials from which the felt was made have been carded layer upon layer by a garnett or felting machine;\n\n(3) \"New\" means any material which has not been used in the manufacture of another article or used for any other purpose;\n\n(4) \"Person\" shall include individuals, corporations, partnerships, joint-stock companies, societies, and associations; and\n\n(5) \"Previously used\" means any material which has been used in the manufacturing of another article or used for any other purpose.","path":["AR Code","Title 20","Chapter 27","Subchapter 2"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"6a5749337af4d232395e7c9a32c19c057a9259867e304e42f97d97c68d4c86eb","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-27-2705","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-27-202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
