Code Ann. § 20-27-607","heading":"Notification of hazard - Abatement","body":"(a) After completion of an inspection or investigation, the Secretary of the Department of Health or his or her designee shall notify the owner and tenant of his or her findings and, in the event any lead hazard was found, the notification shall contain instructions pertaining to abatement as prescribed by this subchapter and rules promulgated pursuant to this subchapter.\n\n(b) If the lead hazard has not been properly abated within thirty (30) days after receipt of notification, the owner shall be in violation of this subchapter.","path":["AR Code","Title 20","Chapter 27","Subchapter 6"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"f19240f6ac972f565ef8070e2c54db33e243c6640614e94597b83f037ccda37c","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-27-606","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-27-608"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
