Code Ann. § 20-59-221","heading":"Unlawful acts - Improper temperature for tests","body":"It shall be unlawful to maintain milk and cream tests at temperatures other than one hundred thirty degrees to one hundred forty degrees Fahrenheit (130°-140°F) for at least five (5) minutes before the reading of the percent of butterfat is made and recorded.
