Code Ann. § 20-7-407","heading":"Fees","body":"In addition to the fees authorized by § 20-7-123(b)(1)(H) and (I) , the following fees shall be collected and credited to the State Board of Health Laboratory Revenue Fund:\n\n(1) A fee of seven dollars ($7.00) collected by the State Registrar of Vital Records for the making and certification of any birth certificate or record;\n\n(2) A fee of five dollars ($5.00) collected for the making and certification of each additional copy of any birth certificate or record;\n\n(3) A fee of six dollars ($6.00) collected by the registrar for the making and certification of a single copy of a death certificate;\n\n(4) A fee of seven dollars ($7.00) collected by the registrar for the making and certification of each additional copy of a death certificate;\n\n(5) A fee of five dollars ($5.00) collected by the registrar for the making and certification of any marriage or divorce certificate or record;\n\n(6) A fee of five dollars ($5.00) collected by the registrar for the making and certification of each additional copy of any marriage or divorce certificate or record;\n\n(7) A fee of seven dollars ($7.00) collected by the registrar for an examination and search of the files for any birth record;\n\n(8) A fee of five dollars ($5.00) collected by the registrar for an examination and search of the files for any marriage or divorce record; and\n\n(9) A fee of six dollars ($6.00) collected by the registrar for an examination and search of the files for any death record.","path":["AR Code","Title 20","Chapter 7","Subchapter 4"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"6c2353dd307776ffafbaa49396ded48e53431a8eb9a32f6ac70f6fd20cfc06e2","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-7-406","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-7-408"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
