Code Ann. § 20-77-1305","heading":"Settlement","body":"The Secretary of the Department of Human Services may agree to settle an administrative sanction. The terms of the settlement shall be reduced to writing and signed by the parties to the agreement. The terms of the settlement shall be a public record.
