Code Ann. § 20-77-137","heading":"Ridesharing application - Medicaid reimbursement - Definition","body":"(a) As used in this section, \"ridesharing application\" means an online application that connects a passenger with a driver who is licensed under the Transportation Network Company Services Act, § 23-13-701 et seq., for a fee.\n\n(b) The Arkansas Medicaid Program may reimburse for the fee incurred through ridesharing applications to healthcare facilities or offices of healthcare professionals for a Medicaid beneficiary.\n\n(c) Reimbursement shall not be available if the Medicaid beneficiary uses the ridesharing application to travel across state lines.","path":["AR Code","Title 20","Chapter 77","Subchapter 1"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"7e7431e6f9fda7fff332f1fc07701b08bd1b3460649065f60b0df64c9286062b","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-77-136","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-20-77-138"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
