Code Ann. § 23-114-305","heading":"Denial, suspension, or revocation of licenses","body":"(a) (1) The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration may suspend or revoke a license issued under this chapter if the secretary determines that issuing the license would violate this chapter. (2) The secretary may deny an application for a license or for the renewal of a license under this chapter if the secretary determines that issuing the license would violate this chapter. (b) A license holder or applicant may seek administrative relief from a decision of the secretary under the Arkansas Tax Procedure Act, § 26-18-101 et seq., or under the Independent Tax Appeals Commission Act, § 26-18-1101 et seq. (c) Judicial relief is available to a license holder, an applicant, and the secretary under §§ 26-18-602 and 26-18-1117 . Amended by Act 2021, No. 593,§ 3, eff. 1/1/2023.
