(b) (1) A person who violates this section is guilty of a Class D felony. (2) A person convicted for violating subsection (a) of this section is subject to an additional fine of not more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) or the dollar amount of the material false entry or material false statement, whichever is greater.
