Code Ann. § 23-12-702","heading":"Railroad police - Oath and bonds","body":"Before entering into the performance of his or her duties, every railroad police officer appointed shall take and subscribe an oath of office and enter into a surety bond in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000), payable to the State of Arkansas, conditioned for the faithful performance of his or her duties.
