Code Ann. § 23-13-219","heading":"Certificate of public convenience and necessity - Application and fees","body":"(a) Applications for certificates of public convenience and necessity shall be made in writing to the Arkansas Department of Transportation, be verified under oath, shall be in such form, contain such information, and be accompanied by proof of service upon such interested parties as the department by rule shall require.\n\n(b) Every application shall be accompanied by certified check made payable to the department for the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00).
