Code Ann. § 23-37-106","heading":"Federal savings and loan associations","body":"Unless federal laws or regulations provide otherwise, federal associations and the members thereof, incorporated pursuant to the Home Owners' Loan Act of 1933, shall possess all of the rights, powers, privileges, benefits, immunities, and exemptions that are provided for associations under this act.
