Code Ann. § 23-40-108","heading":"Administration","body":"(a) This chapter shall be administered by the Insurance Commissioner.\n\n(b) The commissioner is authorized to prescribe reasonable rules concerning keeping and inspection of records, the filing of contracts and reports, and all other matters incidental to the orderly administration of this chapter.\n\n(c) The commissioner is authorized to employ the personnel necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter and to fix their compensation within the amounts made available by appropriation.\n\n(d) The commissioner may make and promulgate reasonable rules for the administration of this chapter and for the purpose of carrying out the intent hereof.","path":["AR Code","Title 23","Chapter 40"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"c37351b160c1fb08babb9118c5627662361f73c85f11e31dacf0212c0526896a","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-23-40-107","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-23-40-109"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
