Code Ann. § 23-51-189","heading":"Notice and opportunity for hearing","body":"Consistent with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq., notice and opportunity for hearing shall be provided before any of the foregoing actions shall be undertaken by the Bank Commissioner.
