Code Ann. § 23-98-105","heading":"Issuance of minimum basic benefit policies permitted - Applicability","body":"Insurers are authorized to issue minimum basic benefit policies pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of this chapter to qualified individuals, qualified families, qualified trusts, and qualified groups. This chapter shall apply only to those minimum basic benefit policies issued under this chapter and rules issued by the Insurance Commissioner pursuant to the authority of this chapter.
