Code Ann. § 24-7-507","heading":"Youth participants - Summer work programs","body":"(a) At the request of the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System, a covered employer shall provide the system with a memorandum of understanding, partnership agreement, or another similar document related to the covered employer's actions as a pass-through fiscal agent for participants described in § 24-7-202(18)(B) .\n\n(b) A covered employer who acts as a pass-through fiscal agent shall not be required to report participants described in § 24-7-202(18)(B) as \"employees\" for purposes of the system.\n\n(c) The Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System shall promulgate rules for the implementation of this section.","path":["AR Code","Title 24","Chapter 7","Subchapter 5"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"a23786f50bcc8f3e83e335b959eaf1ba6702d0ecb31a73808e3299cbdce8d36b","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-24-7-506","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-24-7-601"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
