Code Ann. § 25-10-146","heading":"Certification and licensure by the Division of Provider Services and Quality Assurance","body":"(a) The Division of Provider Services and Quality Assurance may use funds appropriated for the certification or licensure of an entity on behalf of any division of the Department of Human Services.\n\n(b) An entity whose certification or licensure is funded through an appropriation for the Division of Provider Services and Quality Assurance shall hold its certification or license under the authority of the relevant division of the Department of Human Services.\n\n(c) All laws that apply to a certified or licensed entity by a relevant division of the Department of Human Services shall apply to an entity whose certification or licensure is funded through an appropriation for the Division of Provider Services and Quality Assurance on behalf of a relevant division of the Department of Human Services.","path":["AR Code","Title 25","Chapter 10","Subchapter 1"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"0f6376039781156b05a107e958af163689d7b75152165988b87a285b63a99bee","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-25-10-145","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-25-10-147"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
