Code Ann. § 25-20-315","heading":"Recreational use of property","body":"Any public body created under this subchapter shall have the same powers as a municipally owned waterworks system to use its properties for recreational purposes, subject to any restrictions applying to a municipally owned waterworks system, as set forth in § 14-234-401 et seq.
