Code Ann. § 26-51-429","heading":"Deductions - Depletion allowances","body":"(a) In the case of all natural resources for which a deduction for depletion is allowed under 26 U.S.C. §§ 611 , the provisions of 26 U.S.C. §§ 611 - 613 , 614 , 616 , and 617 , as in effect on January 1, 2019, are adopted in computing the depletion allowance deduction under Arkansas income tax law.\n\n(b) In computing the depletion allowance deduction allowed by this section for oil and gas wells, the provisions of 26 U.S.C. § 613 are not in effect, but instead the computation of the amount of the depletion deduction is controlled by the provisions of 26 U.S.C. § 613A , as in effect on January 1, 2019, which are adopted as part of the state income tax law.","path":["AR Code","Title 26","Chapter 51","Subchapter 4"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"61b6129ea7f8e3f557fbcc042d7d14a7f68f8a12d2acad895cd8e926b46983d2","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-26-51-428","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-26-51-430"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
