Code Ann. § 26-57-406","heading":"Unlicensed games a public nuisance - Seizure and sale - Redemption","body":"Every amusement device as defined in § 26-57-402 upon which the individual privilege tax of five dollars ($5.00) has not been paid is declared to be a public nuisance and may be seized by any authorized agent of the Department of Finance and Administration and sold by the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration on an order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court.
