Code Ann. § 27-114-102","heading":"Penalties","body":"Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall upon conviction before a court of competent jurisdiction be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) and the cost of prosecution or undergo imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days or suffer both fine and imprisonment.
