Code Ann. § 27-14-1601","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter: (1) \"Manufactured home\" means a factory-built structure: (A) Produced in accordance with the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq.; and (B) Designed to be used as a dwelling unit; and (2) \"Mobile home\" means a structure: (A) Built in a factory before the enactment of the National Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, 42 U.S.C. § 5401 et seq.; and (B) Designed to be used as a dwelling unit.
