Code Ann. § 27-15-310","heading":"Display of special license plate or certificate","body":"(a) No vehicle licensed by the State of Arkansas to operate on the public highways shall display a special license plate issued for a vehicle owned by a person with a disability, or a facsimile thereof, unless the owner or primary user of the vehicle meets the definition of person with a disability as defined in § 27-15-302 .\n\n(b) No vehicle shall display the special certificate unless the vehicle is being used for the purpose of transporting the person with a disability to whom the special certificate was issued.\n\n(c) No vehicle shall display a special license plate with a van-accessible parking decal or a special certificate with a van-accessible parking decal unless the vehicle is being used for the purpose of transporting the person with a disability for whom the van-accessible parking decal was issued.","path":["AR Code","Title 27","Chapter 15","Subchapter 3"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"0f00d946f39b18724a04282fb49feecb043263bc8c31cb643d755240ba01c660","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-27-15-308","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-27-15-311"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
