Code Ann. § 27-16-905","heading":"Mandatory revocation for conviction of certain offenses","body":"The Office of Driver Services shall forthwith revoke the license of any driver upon receiving a record of the driver's conviction of any of the following offenses, when the conviction has become final:\n\n(1) Manslaughter or negligent homicide resulting from the operation of a motor vehicle;\n\n(2) Any felony in the commission of which a motor vehicle is used;\n\n(3) Failure to stop and render aid as required under the laws of this state in the event of a motor vehicle accident resulting in the death or personal injury of another;\n\n(4) Perjury or the making of a false affidavit or statement under oath to the Office of Driver Services under this chapter or under any other law relating to the ownership or operation of motor vehicles; or\n\n(5) Conviction, or forfeiture of bail not vacated, upon three (3) charges of reckless driving committed within a period of twelve (12) months.","path":["AR Code","Title 27","Chapter 16","Subchapter 9"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"bf2d3376cecd882826e3f9bee127c53d1faf5d5e4427858d82b5b7fc3d3fd4ff","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-27-16-904","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-27-16-907"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
