Code Ann. § 27-19-408","heading":"Court review","body":"(a) Any order or act of the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a de novo petition of review in the circuit court of the district in which any party of interest resides.\n\n(b) The filing of a petition of review shall not operate as an automatic stay of any order or act of the secretary.\n\n(c) A determination shall be made by the circuit judge on the issue of whether a stay should be granted.\n\n(d) The circuit judge is vested with the jurisdiction to determine whether the petitioner is entitled to a license or whether the act or order of the secretary should be affirmed, modified, or reversed.","path":["AR Code","Title 27","Chapter 19","Subchapter 4"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"ff132c43d3429ec7860af3a5bc5080e7f990906d45a1e805dd8c8cab0c6d32e7","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-27-19-407","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-27-19-501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
