Code Ann. § 27-23-127","heading":"Disqualification of noncommercial driver license holder","body":"(a) The provisions of §§ 27-23-112 - 27-23-114 shall apply equally to drivers of a commercial motor vehicle who have not been issued a commercial driver license.
