Code Ann. § 27-50-1211","heading":"Disposition of funds","body":"(a) All fees, fines, and charges collected by the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board under the provisions of this subchapter shall be paid to the secretary-treasurer, who shall be the custodian of all funds and shall deposit same into a bank or banks to be designated by the board.\n\n(b) The secretary-treasurer shall execute a bond in the amount determined by the State Risk Manager pursuant to the blanket bond program as authorized in § 21-2-601 et seq. [repealed].\n\n(c) The secretary-treasurer shall pay funds of the board only on vouchers signed by himself or herself and countersigned by the chair.
