Code Ann. § 27-53-207","heading":"Tabulation and analysis","body":"(a) The Division of Arkansas State Police shall tabulate and may analyze all accident reports and shall publish annually, or at more frequent intervals, statistical information based thereon as to the number and circumstances of traffic accidents.\n\n(b) After collecting the data required by subsection (a) of this section, the division shall further report to the Arkansas Department of Transportation the data collected and maintained by the division relating to all accidents occurring within the preceding twelve-month period on the state highway system and local roads.","path":["AR Code","Title 27","Chapter 53","Subchapter 2"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"cd8c646237247e598851616dd47c9931a15d75d411aee0b68ddb11eb521f12c9","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-27-53-206","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-27-53-208"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
