(b) The board of directors shall be solely responsible for selecting the chair of the board of directors and establishing procedures by which it shall operate. (c) A director shall not receive compensation in any form from or for his or her services as a director. (d) Each director shall be entitled to reimbursement by the regional mobility authority for any necessary expenditures incurred in connection with the performance of his or her general duties as a director.
