Code Ann. § 27-76-602","heading":"Authority to issue bonds","body":"(a) If a regional mobility authority created under this chapter owns or operates or proposes to own or operate a transportation system and desires to construct improvements, betterments, and extensions thereto, the regional mobility authority may issue revenue bonds pursuant to a bond resolution and under the provisions of this chapter to pay the cost of a transportation project or to pay all or part of the cost of a transportation project that will become part of a transportation system.\n\n(b) If a regional mobility authority pursues the development of a toll facility project, the regional mobility authority may issue revenue bonds pursuant to a bond resolution and under the provisions of this chapter to pay the toll facility project costs with toll facility project revenues.","path":["AR Code","Title 27","Chapter 76","Subchapter 6"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"b1c6732a8987b62e95149b0d586002a67e6ce1b449d3946541f4aa5300a7be55","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-27-76-601","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-27-76-603"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
