Code Ann. § 28-40-122","heading":"Certificate of probate","body":"(a) When proved as provided in this subchapter, every will, if in the custody of the court, shall have endorsed thereon or annexed thereto a certificate by the clerk that the will has been probated.\n\n(b) If for any reason a will is not in the custody of the court, the court shall find the contents thereof, and the order admitting the will to probate shall state the contents, and a certificate shall be annexed as provided in subsection (a) of this section.\n\n(c) Every will certified as provided in this section, or the record thereof, or a duly certified transcript of the record, may be read in evidence in any court in this state without further proof.","path":["AR Code","Title 28","Chapter 40","Subchapter 1"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"3f07a27ab1d5a783427ba2d516259372b32e660bca13693356e2923e65e436a4","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-28-40-121","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-28-40-123"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
