Code Ann. § 28-51-108","heading":"Exchange of property","body":"Whenever it shall appear upon the petition of the personal representative or of an interested person to be for the best interest of the estate to exchange any real or personal property of the estate for other property, the court may authorize the exchange upon such terms and conditions as it may direct, which may include the payment or receipt of money by the personal representative.
