Code Ann. § 28-72-206","heading":"Liability of trustee and the trust estate","body":"No trustee of such a trust, or any beneficiary thereof, shall be charged with any liability whatsoever by reason of any act or omission committed or suffered in the performance of the purposes of the trust.
