Code Ann. § 28-73-109","heading":"Methods and waiver of notice","body":"(a) Notice to a person under this chapter or the sending of a document to a person under this chapter must be accomplished in a manner reasonably suitable under the circumstances and likely to result in receipt of the notice or document. Permissible methods of notice or for sending a document include first-class mail, personal delivery, delivery to the person's last known place of residence or place of business, or a properly directed electronic message.\n\n(b) Notice otherwise required under this chapter or a document otherwise required to be sent under this chapter need not be provided to a person whose identity or location is unknown to and not reasonably ascertainable by the trustee.\n\n(c) Notice under this chapter or the sending of a document under this chapter may be waived by the person to be notified or sent the document.\n\n(d) Notice of a judicial proceeding must be given as provided in the applicable rules of civil procedure.","path":["AR Code","Title 28","Chapter 73","Subchapter 1"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"2bca0a160f477a5002264bed6e2dbc57957f672fecda9ca373c4e515d22d1247","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-28-73-108","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-28-73-110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
