Code Ann. § 3-3-209","heading":"Furnishing to alcoholics or intoxicated persons","body":"Any person who shall sell, give away, or dispose of intoxicating liquor to an habitual drunkard or an intoxicated person shall be guilty of a violation and for the first offense be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250). For the second and subsequent offenses, he or she shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
