Code Ann. § 3-3-215","heading":"Obtaining federal license without state license","body":"(a) Any person within this state who has had issued to him or her a current federal license to sell liquor or beer in Arkansas and who has not had issued a current state license to sell liquor or beer shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any amount not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).\n\n(b) In any criminal prosecution under this section, the introduction of a certified copy or microfilm of a current federal license to sell beer or liquor in this state shall be prima facie evidence that the licensee is possessing beer or liquor in this state for sale unlawfully.","path":["AR Code","Title 3","Chapter 3","Subchapter 2"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"0c58cb1e70e6c9553556d61d03161e208ea7856df2e46455b3128e6fbde3f7cc","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-3-3-214","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-3-3-216"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
