Code Ann. § 3-4-404","heading":"Class B permit violations","body":"The following acts on the part of the permittee are Class B permit violations:\n\n(1) Pledge, hypothecation, or use of a permit as collateral;\n\n(2) Defacing, destroying, or altering a permit;\n\n(3) Transporting controlled beverages in violation of rules or law;\n\n(4) Manufacturing, selling, offering, dispensing, or giving away, possessing, or transporting controlled beverages upon which tax is not paid;\n\n(5) Failure to maintain proper records by a manufacturer;\n\n(6) Failure by a wholesaler to maintain proper records;\n\n(7) Failure by a wholesaler to register new brands;\n\n(8) Giving samples without authorization;\n\n(9) Sales for anything other than cash or check;\n\n(10) Delivery without an invoice by a wholesaler;\n\n(11) Selling to the insane;\n\n(12) Selling to bootleggers;\n\n(13) Accepting food stamps in payment for controlled beverages;\n\n(14) Unlawful manufacture or sale in a dry area; and\n\n(15) Except as provided in § 3-9-242 , sale of controlled beverages by vending machine.","path":["AR Code","Title 3","Chapter 4","Subchapter 4"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"f476a44f34a21d098575a144f12a3ee81a6dac1ae8e66fa3db142662b7d2608d","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-3-4-403","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-3-4-405"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
