Code Ann. § 3-5-1302","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter:\n\n(1) \"Beer\" shall have the meaning set forth in § 3-5-202 ;\n\n(2) \"Brewery\" shall have the meaning set forth in § 3-5-202 ;\n\n(3) \"Division\" shall mean the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the Department of Finance and Administration of the State of Arkansas;\n\n(4) \"Malt liquor\" shall have the meaning set forth in § 3-1-102 ;\n\n(5) \"Manufacturer\" shall have the meaning set forth in § 3-1-102 ;\n\n(6) \"Supplier\" shall have the meaning set forth in § 3-5-1102 ;\n\n(7) \"Wholesale dealer and distributor\" shall have the meaning set forth in § 3-5-202 ; and\n\n(8) \"Wholesaler support center\" means a facility located within a wholesaler's premises at which beer and malt are stored by a manufacturer for resale to wholesalers or distributors within or without the state.","path":["AR Code","Title 3","Chapter 5","Subchapter 13"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"7e43d0d88e10e1ebe99a351f23dd100da024be8dcd689d7e6fb8e6f91ac22d31","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-3-5-1301","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-3-5-1303"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
