Code Ann. § 4-26-1203","heading":"Fees - County clerk","body":"The fees of the county clerk for services under this chapter shall be:\n\n(1) For filing articles of incorporation, articles of amendment, or any other document he or she is required to file under this chapter, twenty-five dollars ($25.00);\n\n(2) For recording any document he or she is required to record hereunder, one dollar ($1.00) per page for the first three (3) pages of the manuscript filed for record and fifty cents (50¢) for each additional page.
