Code Ann. § 4-33-1504","heading":"Amended certificate of authority.","body":"(a) A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state must obtain an amended certificate of authority from the Secretary of State if it changes:\n(1) its corporate name;\n(2) the period of its duration;\n(3) any of the information required by § 4-20-105(a); or\n(4) the state or country of its incorporation.\n(b) The requirements of § 4-33-1503 for obtaining an original certificate of authority apply to obtaining an amended certificate under this section.","path":["Title 4 Business and Commercial Law","Subtitle 3.
