Code Ann. § 4-37-305","heading":"Right of person not associated member of protected series to information concerning protected series","body":"(a) A member of a series limited liability company which is not an associated member of a protected series of the company has a right to information concerning the protected series to the same extent, in the same manner, and under the same conditions that a member that is not a manager of a manager-managed limited liability company has a right to information concerning the company under § 4-38-410 .\n\n(b) A person formerly an associated member of a protected series has a right to information concerning the protected series to the same extent, in the same manner, and under the same conditions that a person dissociated as a member of a manager-managed limited liability company has a right to information concerning the company under § 4-38-410 .\n\n(c) If an associated member of a protected series dies, the legal representative of the deceased associated member has a right to information concerning the protected series to the same extent, in the same manner, and under the same conditions that the legal representative of a deceased member of a limited liability company has a right to information concerning the company under § 4-38-410 .\n\n(d) A protected-series manager of a protected series has a right to information concerning the protected series to the same extent, in the same manner, and under the same conditions that a manager of a manager-managed limited liability company has a right to information concerning the company under § 4-38-410 .","path":["AR Code","Title 4","Chapter 37","Subchapter 3"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"7f4c14c899bde04ef13b49e7bac0b48a48bfe42756b4f8aea0e647f8af187af1","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-4-37-304","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-4-37-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
