Code Ann. § 4-46-304","heading":"Statement of denial","body":"A partner or other person named as a partner in a filed statement of partnership authority or in a list maintained by an agent pursuant to § 4-46-303(b) may file a statement of denial stating:\n\n(1) The name of the partnership;\n\n(2) The name of the person filing the denial; and\n\n(3) The fact that is being denied which may include denial of a person's authority or status as a partner.
