Code Ann. § 4-88-207","heading":"Elder Person and Person with a Disability Victims Fund created","body":"The \"Elder Person and Person with a Disability Victims Fund\" is hereby created and established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State and shall consist of those special funds as may be provided by law.
