The General Assembly further recognizes that a duly franchised motor vehicle dealer is an authorized service agent of the manufacturer. It is the intent of the General Assembly that a good-faith motor vehicle warranty complaint by a consumer be resolved by the manufacturer within a specified period of time. It is further the intent of the General Assembly to provide the statutory procedures whereby a consumer may receive a replacement motor vehicle or a full refund for a motor vehicle which cannot be brought into conformity with the warranty during the motor vehicle quality assurance period provided for in this subchapter. However, nothing in this subchapter shall in any way limit the rights or remedies which are otherwise available to a consumer under any other law.","path":["AR Code","Title 4","Chapter 90","Subchapter 4"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"c922e471d1647ac1840aa7962b88e107b66f0caf64458f62aefbdf1a7aaad2d3","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-4-90-401","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-4-90-403"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
