Code Ann. § 4-99-405","heading":"Prohibitions","body":"It shall be a violation of this subchapter for any person to:\n\n(1) Make or transmit a telephone solicitation to the telephone number of any consumer included in the then-current database maintained by the Attorney General pursuant to this subchapter;\n\n(2) Make or transmit a telephone solicitation without having first accessed, in the manner specified by the Attorney General, the then-current database maintained by the Attorney General pursuant to this subchapter; or\n\n(3) Make or transmit a telephone solicitation if that telephone solicitation violates the Federal Trade Commission Do-Not-Call rule set out in 16 C.F.R. § 310.4 , as in effect on March 1, 2003.","path":["AR Code","Title 4","Chapter 99","Subchapter 4"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"fb964d1a659b12364d6c76708569d47f88cb3484a59aa82db763f6582cb765d1","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-4-99-404","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-4-99-406"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
