Code Ann. § 5-14-133","heading":"Registered offender prohibited from entering a water park owned or operated by a local government","body":"(a) As used in this section, \"water park\" means a recreational aquatic facility that has among its features a swimming pool, wave pool, splash pad, water slide, or other area dedicated to aquatic activities for children and is open to the general public.\n\n(b) It is unlawful for a person who is required to register under the Sex Offender Registration Act of 1997, § 12-12-901 et seq., and who has been assessed as a Level 3 or Level 4 offender to knowingly enter a water park owned or operated by a local government.\n\n(c) A violation of this section is a Class D felony.","path":["AR Code","Title 5","Chapter 14","Subchapter 1"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"af0a3260dba89a37a10041d282d852a6bc454ac795f59772da893937894624e7","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-5-14-132","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-5-14-134"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
