Code Ann. § 5-4-910","heading":"Disposition of court costs and user fees","body":"(a) All court costs and pre-adjudication probation program user fees assessed by the pre-adjudication probation program judge shall be paid to the circuit court clerk for remittance to the county treasury under § 14-14-1313 .\n\n(b) The county treasurer shall credit all court costs received under this section to the county administration of justice fund to be distributed under § 16-10-307 .\n\n(c) The county treasurer shall credit all pre-adjudication probation program user fees received under this section to a fund known as the county pre-adjudication probation program fund and appropriated by the quorum court for the benefit and administration of the pre-adjudication probation program.","path":["AR Code","Title 5","Chapter 4","Subchapter 9"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"243b9de94436de599cde25a89a2b10930059a07f7e38d6284b43a2ca993a5ca8","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-5-4-909","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-5-4-911"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
