Code Ann. § 5-5-301","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter: (1) (A) \"Contraband property\" means property of any nature, including personal property, tangible property, or intangible property. (B) \"Contraband property\" does not include real property; (2) \"Livestock\" means: (A) Cattle or swine or a sheep, goat, horse, or mule; and (B) Any carcass, skin, or part of cattle or swine or a sheep, goat, horse, or mule; and (3) \"Theft of livestock\" means a theft of property: (A) That is classified as a felony violation pursuant to § 5-36-103 ; and (B) In which the property taken was livestock. Acts 1993, No. 1031, § 1.\n\nAs used in this subchapter:\n\n(1) (A) \"Contraband property\" means property of any nature, including personal property, tangible property, or intangible property.
