Code Ann. § 5-74-103","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter:\n\n(1) \"Crime of pecuniary gain\" means any violation of Arkansas law that results, or was intended to result, in the defendant receiving income, benefit, property, money, or anything of value;\n\n(2) \"Crime of violence\" means any violation of Arkansas law if a person purposely or knowingly causes, or threatens to cause, death or physical injury to another person, specifically including rape;\n\n(3) \"Criminal gang, organization, or enterprise\" means any group of three (3) or more individuals who commit a continuing series of two (2) or more predicate criminal offenses that are undertaken in concert with each other; and\n\n(4) \"Predicate criminal offense\" means any violation of Arkansas law that is a crime of violence or a crime of pecuniary gain.","path":["AR Code","Title 5","Chapter 74","Subchapter 1"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"d08bf29b545643a127eb6f4d035308fe61a2edcdfe35094167b4d916a61dc789","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-5-74-102","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-5-74-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
