Code Ann. § 5-74-202","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter:\n\n(1) \"Crime of pecuniary gain\" means any violation of Arkansas law that results, or was intended to result, in the defendant's receiving income, benefit, property, money, or anything of value;\n\n(2) \"Crime of violence\" means any violation of Arkansas law if a person purposely or knowingly causes, or threatens to cause, death or physical injury to another person, specifically including rape, § 5-14-103 ;\n\n(3) \"Criminal gang, organization, or enterprise\" means any group of three (3) or more individuals who commit a continuing series of two (2) or more predicate criminal offenses that are undertaken in concert with each other; and\n\n(4) \"Predicate criminal offense\" means any violation of Arkansas law that is a crime of violence or a crime of pecuniary gain.","path":["AR Code","Title 5","Chapter 74","Subchapter 2"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"ef89a7400e9a1eb132521e4c2614ce1d6c1390b27fed396e4f26216edcccc422","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-5-74-201","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-5-74-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
